My last competition prep I focused on a holistic and clean diet. As well as circuit training & lifting weights. Incorporating BLOX into my recovery shakes certainly helped me get all my amino’s in. I’m getting ready for next season and focusing on building more lean muscle in the off season. I have been lifting heavier then I have ever been able to and I changed my entire training program around. Cant wait to hit the stage in 2014 and am so proud to represent BPI Sports!
